At Impasta, we are passionate about providing our customers with delicious, healthy meals that are satisfying and convenient. Our menu features a variety of pasta dishes made with vegetable noodles, including zucchini noodles, hearts of palm, and spaghetti squash.

Love every single item on this menu! I can't believe a concept like this can be so tasty and healthy. Wow.. almost at a loss for words. My fav's are #2 and #12. Amazingly large portions and keeps you full all day. Ill def be coming back ASAP - much better than a salad!

This is the best gluten free/keto friendly pasta I've ever had! The service was impeccable and the decor was so so cute. My pasta had so much flavor it makes eating healthy ACTUALLY satisfying. I cant wait to go back!!! My favorite is the truffle pizza and the spicy red sauce you won't regret!!!
